"I shall not be using this again. The experience was dreadful. First of all the driver did not meet us so I had to call the company when we arrived at the terminal. No details of his name, registration, car type were provided. Instead the driver called and we had to go and find him at the express pick up.. we had a lengthy WhatsApp exchange trying to find him which was very annoying. Then we got into the cab and it was disgusting- the driver obviously smoked and the cab stunk of stale smoke- I had to have the windows open all the way home to stop throwing up .. the drive was appalling .. the car was bouncing around all the time as though the driver could hardly keep control of the car. He was accelerating and breaking continually and even in lane felt like the car was wobbling around. I thought there was a law against smoking in taxis and u shall be making a formal complaint.. never again will I use this company if u can help it "

"Driver showed up giving clear information where he would be. Was helpful getting bags in the car, asking us about our flight and making sure we're comfortable as he knew we were tired from a delayed, long, overnight flight. Will be using again.
Additionally, as I said our flight was delayed 3 hours. I called him to let him know, and even know it was extremely late at the time, and he had another job for our new estimated arrival, he still managed to complete that one, and not leave us waiting a long time. Did not charge us extra for changing times, and the whole journey was great. "
